About Debra

1994 was the point of entry into my study of the energetic systems of the body. I am licensed in massage therapy in both New York and New Jersey and nationally certified through NCBTMB - National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also nationally certified in Reflexology through the ARCB - American Reflexology Certification Board. I continue to deepen my knowledge and enrich my techniques in massage, reflexology, Qigong, Taichi, breathwork, and Yoga. I have an ongoing practice of Qigong,Taichi and Yoga. A former student of Grandmaster Nan Lu and the Tao of Healing, I have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Medical Qigong, Dragon’s Way and more with Dr. Lu. I’ve been the beneficiary of Debra’s body work for many years. Her reflexology sessions have given me great relief from a neuroma (nerve inflammation in my foot) and Qigong meridian therapy is SO relaxing! It’s wonderful for relieving tension and anxiety. She’s a fine teacher, too. I’m a regular yoga practitioner, and her Qigong-infused yoga classes are soothing and fun. Debra is a kind, gentle and generous spirit — and a talented botanical artist.
